High River Minor Baseball Is Looking for Volunteers!

As we prepare for the 2026 spring season, High River Minor Baseball is seeking dedicated and passionate volunteers to help make the upcoming season a great one for our players and families. Our program thrives because of the time, energy, and commitment of volunteers who are willing to give back to the game and our community.

We are currently looking for coaches and on-field helpers at all levels. Whether you have years of baseball experience or are simply enthusiastic and eager to learn, your involvement can make a meaningful impact. Coaching and volunteering are rewarding opportunities to help young athletes develop their skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game.

Volunteers play a vital role in creating a positive, safe, and fun environment for our players. Training, support, and resources will be provided to help set you up for success throughout the season.

All coaches will be required to obtain a new (within 1-2 months) Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC). The letter of request necessary to receive your VSC is available for download here: Vulnerable Sector Check 2026

Our entire organization is volunteer-run, and we understand it can be intimidating to take on a leadership position without prior experience. We assure you that we all felt the same way when we began our baseball journey. The primary qualification for coaching with the High River Storm is a desire to provide our young athletes with a positive experience in sport.
